Bar and Bat Mitzvah design for families who have already begun planning.

design Story

$7,500

Some families come to us already in motion. The venue is secured. Your caterer is booked. Some vendors are already in place, and the vision has started to form. What they need is an experienced creative partner to refine what has been started, bring the pieces together, and make sure the celebration feels as intentional as the milestone itself.

We begin with an in-depth creative consultation to understand your child, your vision, and where you are in the planning process. From there, we take the creative lead and bring structure to every remaining decision, so everything is ready when the celebration begins.

On the day of the mitzvah, our team is on-site for the reception, managing the details behind the scenes so your family can focus on your child.

Please note: Venue sourcing is not included in this collection, which is designed for families who have already secured their venue. If your celebration includes a ceremony, Torah reading, or luncheon at a separate venue, those portions are not included in this production. The rehearsal dinner and any after-party are also not included. If you would like our team to produce them, tell us and we will quote them separately.

Designing the moment they
will always remember.

• Refine your vision through an in-depth creative consultation
• Provide ongoing access to The Event Bar for professional guidance, with consultation by email and phone during our business hours
• Manage the vendor relationships already in place, while sourcing rentals, lighting, and florals through our trusted network
• Direct the complete design, including the creative concept and mood board
• Develop a budget elevation strategy to identify where remaining funds will have the greatest visual and experiential impact
• Create a shared Google Drive, branded by The Event Bar, holding every document produced for your mitzvah. Invoices are added as we receive them, and we review them and update your budget tracker together, online, in one place
• Align contracts, timelines, and expectations across the vendors you have already secured
• Review and proof the Banquet Event Order provided by the venue
• Confirm arrival, departure, and strike times with every vendor
• Communicate the venue's load-in, setup, and teardown requirements to all relevant vendors
• Confirm all vendor orders, quantities, and final details
• Build and distribute the event-day timeline to all vendors at least one week prior
• Design and create the event floor plan
• Coordinate with banquet staff to ensure setup follows the approved floor plan
• Produce the full reception on-site
• Place and oversee event-day details, including seating cards, menus, table numbers, favors, and the guest book
• Gather and secure all personal belongings at the conclusion of the evening
• Confirm final vendor balances and payment deadlines; all payments remain the client's responsibility
