You've done the planning. Now, thirty days out, it's time to  hand the details to a team who knows how to bring it all together.

We step in to take ownership of what remains: confirming every vendor, managing every logistical detail, building the final timeline, and preparing the celebration for the day itself. On the day of the mitzvah, our team is on-site for the reception, so your family can be fully present for your child and for the moment you've worked so hard to create.

Please note: This collection begins thirty days prior to your event. If your celebration includes a ceremony, Torah reading, or luncheon at a separate venue, those portions are not included in this production. The rehearsal dinner and any after-party are also not included. If you would like our team to produce them, tell us and we will quote them separately.

The moment, left in
the right hands.

• Conduct comprehensive vendor confirmation calls, verifying contracts, logistics, and day-of details
• Provide ongoing access to The Event Bar for professional guidance throughout the thirty-day engagement, with consultation by email and phone during our business hours
• Hold two dedicated planning meetings during the final month: the first to review vendor contracts and build a minute-by-minute timeline, and the second for a final details meeting at your venue, when possible
• Create a shared Google Drive, branded by The Event Bar, with every resource you need to make sure your day is complete, start to finish
• Review and proof the Banquet Event Order provided by the venue
• Confirm arrival, departure, and strike times with every vendor
• Communicate the venue's load-in, setup, and teardown requirements to all relevant vendors
• Confirm all vendor orders, quantities, and final details
• Build and distribute the event-day timeline to all vendors at least one week prior
• Review your existing floor plan and finalize it with the venue
• Coordinate with banquet staff to ensure setup follows the approved floor plan
• Produce the full reception on-site
• Serve as the single point of contact for all vendors on the day
• Place and oversee event-day details, including seating cards, menus, table numbers, favors, and the guest book
• Gather and secure all personal belongings at the conclusion of the evening
• Confirm final vendor balances and payment deadlines; all payments remain the client's responsibility
